Information about the courses:

Please come around 10 minutes before the start of the course so that you can arrive in peace. Please bring your own mat / blanket to all courses. During the aerial yoga courses, make sure that you wear smooth clothing – please avoid perfume, zippers, jewelry, watches, bracelets and the like, as the cloths are very sensitive.
