Bodyfit Circle

These exercises strengthen the muscles and the entire body. Particularly the deep muscles benefit from this class, leading to body stability, a better body posture and balance. I am making sure that you do the exercises correctly but you are the one in charge of speed and intensity!

This class is great for beginners and advanced individuals of all ages!

Please bring your indoor sneakers, a towel and a water bottle.

Pilates

Pilates is a gentle full body training that strengthens and stretches the body’s muscles. Especially the belly, back and pelvic floor muscles are targeted and strengthened. The exercises are performed in standing or on a mat, accompanied by relaxing music.

Your body posture will improve after the first lesson and you will benefit from a strengthened powerhouse. Pilates exercises increase your well-being and you are doing something good for your body!

We exercise barefooted or with socks. Please bring your gymnastics mat and a water bottle.

Belly-Legs-Bottom

For very good reasons, this is definitely a classic amongst all group  exercises!

Who does not want to have a slim waist, a flat belly, slim legs, and a nicely shaped bottom?

After a short warm-up session, we will do targeted exercises to strengthen the three main muscle groups. Rousing music will accompany us while we feel the muscles work and see how our dreams of a well-shaped body come true!

Cardio Fit/HIIT

This one-hour endurance cardio program with step (no choreography), Thai Bo and jump elements heats up your circulation system to burn excess body fat.

We combine different exercises (Jumping Jacks, Squats, Push-Ups) on a high intensity level and repetition while listening to pumping music. Short breaks allow us to rest and increase our metabolism. This very targeted training strengthens the circulation system and decreases excess body fat. The training is for beginners and advanced athletes alike, since each individual can set the desired training intensity. Please bring indoor sneakers, your gymnastics card, a towel, and a beverage for hydration.

In this course, the core muscles is through targeted exercises strengthen and promote the mobility , in order to prevent and counteract back pain. These exercises strengthen the muscles and the entire body. Particularly the deep muscles benefit from this class, leading to body stability, a better body posture and balance. Yogilates

Yogilates is a combination of Yoga and Pilates!

The stretching-, movability- and strengthening exercises are performed to relaxing music and while standing or lying down. The focus is on movability and body strength improvement, as well as mobilizing, strengthening and stretching the muscle groups along the spinal cord. These exercises support a healthy body posture and strengthened body core. Yogilates exercises improve movability and result in deep relaxation, providing a perfect start into the weekend. We exercise barefooted or with anti-slip socks – please bring your yoga mat!

Exercise Program for Brain Development

Life kinetics represents a gentle, physical and mental training, and can be practiced from childhood on, all the way through senior age.

 

Training effects:

Physical relaxation, concentration improvement, improvement of mental and physical endurance, reduction of error rates, increase of self-confidence, and ability to work independently.

 

Goals:

The goal is to move with enthusiasm! Life kinetics targets the involvement of many brain areas in different types of movements in order to create improved links between those areas. More links between brain cells lead to higher brain endurance.

Sling Workout

What is Sling Workout?
Slings are two ropes that move on a three-dimensional basis through the room and space. The slings’ instability improves a person’s strength durability, prevents/reduces back pain, improves one’s body perception, and provides body forming. This type of practice is suitable for all individuals that like challenges and enjoy group exercises.
