Sling Workout

What is Sling Workout?
Slings are two ropes that move on a three-dimensional basis through the room and space. The slings’ instability improves a person’s strength durability, prevents/reduces back pain, improves one’s body perception, and provides body forming. This type of practice is suitable for all individuals that like challenges and enjoy group exercises.

 

Workout for Beginners

When: 
Saturdays from 09:00 to 10:00 o’clock  (from February 2017)
Where: Sportpark Klagenfurt-Players’ Entrance –Gymnastics Room
Price: 10 units – € 135.00- (max. numbers of participants: 8)

Advanced Workout

When:
Mondays from 20:00 to 21:00 o’clock (from January 2017)
Thursdays from 18:30 to 19:30 o’clock (from January 2017)
Where: Sportpark Klagenfurt-Players’ Entrance –Gymnastics Room
Price: 11 units – € 150.00- (max. numbers of participants: 8)
