Uses the same Basic principles (Pilates and Boxing Elements) as PILOXING SSP. A free-standing barre provides stability and resistance, and we use it in order to remain more effective Body balance and to activate deep muscles. This cardiovascular training allows you to strengthen and stretch your muscles, and to get a more than powerful workout. Happy joints, strong muscles and a healthy heart come from Biloxing Barre! We also use weighted gloves (250 grams per glove) to improve the workout in addition to Pilates and boxing movements. Piloxing was invented by Swedish celebrity trainer and dancer Viveca Jansen. The program is based on the belief that woman are powerful and helps them to obtain and maintain a slim, sexy and strong self-image.
