The multifunctional Sportpark Arena in Klagenfurt was opened on September 21, 2013. The opening ceremony was attended by several clubs and many visitors. Speeches were held by city council Jürgen Pfeiler, the manager of the Sportpark Klagenfurt GmbH, Mr. Gert Unterköfler, mayor Christian Scheider and governor Dr. Peter Kaiser. The new image videos of Sportpark Klagenfurt were also shown during the opening ceremony, and the gymnastic club Klagenfurt presented an artistic program.

Sportpark Klagenfurt would like to thank everyone for the cooperation and wishes all clubs a lot of fun and success in the new Sportpark Arena!
